These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by OpScales ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
OpScales provides automated SMS customer communication services for home service contractors. Our system sends text messages to end users who have explicitly opted in via a web form on a business's website. Messages include appointment confirmations, service follow-ups, and customer notifications sent on behalf of business clients.
Message frequency varies based on the individual's inquiry and response activity. Typically no more than 3–5 messages are sent per inquiry or service interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
End users consent to receive SMS messages by submitting their phone number through a contact form on a business's website where opt-in language is clearly displayed. No messages are sent without explicit prior consent.
End users may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent. To re-enable messages, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact info@opscales.io.

Business clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state regulations. Clients must ensure proper opt-in consent is obtained from all end users prior to initiating SMS communications through our system.
OpScales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior month.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
